Logan Liberty enters his first year as a graduate assistant of the Suffolk University Athletics Department, where he will join Jeff Juron’s men’s basketball coaching staff, as well as assist in the media relation efforts of the Rams’ 19 varsity sports and intramural programs.
Straight off the court from a four-year career with the Rams’ GNAC competitor Lasell, Liberty brings a fresh players perspective and a wealth of conference knowledge to a well-balanced coaching staff.
As a player with the Lasers, the 6-foot-8 forward immediately made an impact as a freshman and continuously contributed up to his final campaign as a senior in 2015-16, in which he started every contest. Over his storied four-year career, Liberty saw action in 85 games averaging 5.5 points and 4.8 rebounds per contest.
A Duxbury, Vermont, product Liberty established his playing roots at Harwood Union, where he earned varsity status in baseball and basketball.
The son of Todd and Andra Liberty, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with a minor in coaching from Lasell in May 2016. Liberty is currently furthering his education at Suffolk University as he pursues a Master’s Degree in Administration of Higher Education.
