On May 7, 2009, Suffolk University inducted the second class in the Athletic Hall of Fame. The induction ceremony was held at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Cambridge. The Class of 2009 including six former athletes, Jack Resnick (Men's Basketball), Fred Knox (Baseball), Christos Tsiotos (Men's Basketball), Ernst Cleophat (Soccer), Brian Gruning (Hockey) and Katie Norton (Softball and Women's Basketball). Former Baseball coach, Joe Walsh along with the 1984 Baseball team.
