Suffolk baseball staged a huge comeback Thursday afternoon, one of the Rams best in recent history, battling back from a nine-run deficit to take down Beantown rival UMass Boston, 17-15, at Monan Park.

RAMS RUNDOWN
- Suffolk has coupled two victories together to bring a 4-18 overall record and 2-5 CNE ledger into the weekend.
- The foursome of Jack Mihalchik (27 hits, 9 RBI, 14 runs), Sam Armbruster (24 hits, 15 RBI, 13 runs), Cole Hilliard (21 hits, 9 RBI, 8 runs) and Luke Thornton (21 hits, 9 RBI, 9 runs) have been the most consistent and productive at the plate for the Rams this season.
- Anthony Ferreira (29.0 IP, 21 K, 3.41 ERA) is likely to earn the nod in one game on Saturday with the other starting spot up for grabs between Nick Arnett (20.1 IP, 11 K) and Ian Maude (15.2 IP, 7 K).
HAWKS HIGHLIGHTS
- Hartford is unbeaten in its last six games with four consecutive triumphs to enter the weekend 11-9-1 overall and 5-2 versus CNE counterparts.
- Alek Popovich is the Hawks' biggest threat offensive with 24 hits on a .369 average with a team-high 16 RBI and 12 runs scored.

- Anthony Bubba (3.18 ERA, 34.0 IP, 38 K), Joe Dooley (3.32 ERA, 19.0 IP, 15 K), Justin Gouin (6.75 ERA, 20.0 IP, 18 K) and Logan Smalley (3.75 ERA, 12.0 IP, 13 K) are all starting options for Hartford on the hill, however, Bubba and Dooley are likely.
