Suffolk men's basketball freshman Marquis White has been named the Conference of New England (CNE) Rookie of the Week after a three-game stretch in which he averaged 19.3 points, 4.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game, the league office announced Monday.

The Randolph, Massachusetts, native opened the week at No. 4 Tufts, contributing six points, four rebounds, five assists and a steal.
