Men’s Golf Gets Boost from Half Dozen Newcomers for 2021-22

BOSTON – The Suffolk men's golf team has a nearly new look as 60 percent of the Rams' roster is comprised of fresh faces head coach Ed McMellen unveiled.
The newcomers feature three juniors in John Keeler, Nicholas Kirby and Joe Nadeau, a pair of sophomores, Dylan Heim and Mauro Stanchieri and true freshman Jake Zirlin. The six student-athletes will join Rams' returners senior Liam Nye, juniors Jared Sylvester and James Ventre and sophomore captain Cameron Sinopoli for the team's second season in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) campaign.
A handful of the sextuplet will be instance contributors as Suffolk's season commences this weekend, Sept. 11-12, at the Duke Nelson Invitational in Middlebury, Vermont.
