Suffolk men’s hockey had seven skaters honored as Krampade All-American Scholars by the American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) for the 2020-21 season, the national organization announced.
Suffolk men’s hockey was handed its first setback of the abbreviated season as back-to-back Curry goals in the middle period proved to be the difference in a 4-2 decision Saturday afternoon at the Canton Ice Center.
After a week break, Suffolk men’s hockey is back on the ice this weekend with a Saturday, March 13 contest at Curry. The Rams and Colonels are set for a 2:50 p.m. puck drop at the Canton Ice Center.
Alex Kolowrat poured in three goals, two in the first period, to rally Suffolk men’s hockey to a 5-3, season-opening victory against Nichols Sunday afternoon at Louis E. Porrazzo Memorial Skating Rink.
The long-awaited Suffolk men’s hockey 2020-21 season opener is now just days away with the Rams slated to entertain Nichols in the first game of the year Sunday, Feb. 28 at 1:10 p.m. at Louis E. Porrazzo Memorial Skating Rink in East Boston.
