Men’s Soccer Rolls to Fourth Straight with 3-0 Victory Over Wentworth

BOSTON – Suffolk men's soccer picked up a 3-0 win over Wentworth on Saturday afternoon at James A. Sartori Stadium at East Boston Memorial Park, highlighted by a two-goal performance from Oliver Heth to extend its win streak to four.

HOW IT HAPPENED

  • Suffolk needed just 10 minutes to find the opening goal as Heth put away a shot from a Dylan Trachtenberg cross from the right wing.
  • The Rams extended the gap in the 33rd minute as a deflected shot found the feet of Yan Haiat who played Emiliano Esquer through to goal and he placed his shot into the top right corner.
  • Heth secured his brace 57 minutes into the match after receiving a through ball from Francisco Valck and firing home the third and final goal of the contest.

KEEPING UP WITH THE KEEPERS

  • Nathan Harlow secured three saves in the match.
  • Isaac Chambass stopped six shots in his 45 minutes of action.
  • Adrian Sanchez relieved Chambass and made one save.

STATISTICALLY SPEAKING

  • Heth had two of Suffolk's three goals.

  • Haiat, Trachtenberg and Valck handed out one assist apiece.
