EAST BOSTON – Suffolk men's soccer closed its regular season in winning fashion Tuesday evening, blanking Nichols 2-0 at James A. Sartori Stadium at East Boston Memorial Park. The victory marked the Rams 12th of the season, which is the most triumphs in a single season in the Rams' game-by-game record book, which dates through the 2001 campaign.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- After a scoreless first half, Ford Lee opened the scoring in the 57th minute. Diego Pierantozzi sent a cross from the left wing into Emiliano Esquer, who slid the ball across the face of goal for Lee to tap home and put the Rams ahead 1-0.
- Christian Gardner sealed the victory in the 86th minute, firing a strike from just outside the box after Mohamed Mehaya played him into space in the midfield.
