BOSTON – Thomas Novy of the Suffolk men's outdoor track & field team will don the blue-and-gold at the Farley Inter Regional Extravaganza Friday, May 10 at Williams. The junior will race the 10K at 8:45 p.m. in Williamstown, Mass.

NOVY NOTES
- Thomas Novy will run the 10,000 for the first time this season despite qualifying for regionals in the event thanks to his 5k time at the Silfen Invitational April 12.
- The junior has ran the 10K four tims in his collegiate career.
- The last time Novy competed in the 10k was the 2023 NEICAAA Championships May 12-13, 2013. He finished eighth with a time of 31:39.66.
- Novy's PR in the 10k is 31:13.61, which he clocked March 30-April 1, 2023 at the Colonial Relays.
- Suffolk's 10k program record is 30:47.31, set by Matyas Csiki-Fejer in 2021.
