WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – Suffolk men's outdoor track & field competed among a field featuring several Division I programs Friday at the Colonial Relays, held at Walter J. Zable Stadium at Cary Field in Williamsburg, Virginia.
RAMS RUNNERS
- Michael Nossek crossed the line in 14th in the 100 with a time of 10.88.
- The 200 saw Michael Nossek finish 26th in 23.86.
- Mohamed Mehaya paced the Rams in the lap around the track with a 21st-place finish in 50.49, followed by Will Manix in 32nd at 52.44 and Emmett St. Pierre in 36th at 53.18.
- Tighe Hosman turned in a 19th-place finish in the 400m hurdles with a time of 58.58.
- In the 1500, Sean Jacobsen placed 38th with a time of 4:25.49.
- Hayden Green closed out the distance events in the 5000, placing 43rd in 16:15.57, followed closely by Matthew Ramarge in 44th at 16:19.97.
JUMPERS JIST
- Mehaya and Johnson each recorded personal-best marks in the long jump with leaps of 6.29 meters and 5.90 meters, respectively.
YOU'RE NEW HERE
- Nossek made his collegiate debut in both the 100 and 200.
- Mehaya, Manix, and St. Pierre each made their collegiate debuts in the 400.
- Ramarge competed in the 5000 for the first time.

Suffolk returns to action Saturday with a split squad, as a group continues competition at the Colonial Relays, while another travels to the Jim Sheehan Invite at Fitchburg State.
