10 to Join Suffolk Men’s Cross Country for 2019 Season 

2019 SUFFOLK MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY ROSTER

BOSTON - Will Feldman, the head coach of Suffolk cross country and track & field, announced 10 new members of the Rams' men's cross country team. The group, which is comprised of nine freshmen and one graduate student, hails from two states and three countries. 

"This is the deepest class I've had since being at Suffolk," said Feldman.

Last season, Suffolk made program history as the conference's runner up, a first in the Rams' record books.

"The 10 incomers are joining a team that is coming off the best season in team history and ready to win a GNAC title," Feldman said. "We were able to bring in several runners who we see being difference makers for us this year. I honestly think we have five freshmen who are all good enough to be our number two runner this year and be all-league." 

A pair of student-athletes brought their talents from overseas in Suffolk Law Student Erik Hill and Guilaume Glaudel.

"I'm looking forward to seeing how this group develops," said Feldman. "Erik (Hill) from London and Guilaume (Glaudel) from France are two athletes who have a great opportunity to be two of the top runners in the conference." 

Feldman continued, "Our biggest strength though is the depth of the freshmen class. We worked hard to recruit impactful runners, who could step right in and improve our chances of winning conference. Elijah Dillon, Liam Breen, Ryan Buchanan and Cole Bolduc are all guys with impressive high school resumes. Byron Deily and Justin Turner are two under the radar rookies who could surprise everyone and be real difference makers for us."
