BOSTON – After its home-and-home sweep of Western New England over the weekend, Suffolk women's ice hockey has received votes in the latest U.S. College Hockey Online.com Poll, the national organization announced.
The Rams picked up two votes after stretching their unbeaten streak to five games to move to 4-1-1 on the year.
The USCHO.com Division III Women's Ice Hockey poll is compiled weekly and consists of 20 voters, including coaches and media professionals from across the country.
It is the first time Suffolk has scooped up votes in the national rankings since the 2023-24 DCU/USCHO.com Preseason Poll. Today's mention on the national list is the program's ninth time.
Suffolk is one of two Conference of New England (CNE) teams mentioned on the latest DCU/USCHO.com poll as Endicott was featured at No. 9 in the top-15.
The blue-and-gold is away from action until after the Thanksgiving holiday when it takes its talents to Trinity Saturday, Nov. 29 for a 3:00 p.m. non-conference showdown.
