Caballero Named to CNE Community Service Team

CNE RELEASE

BEVERLY, Mass. – Jenna Caballero of the Suffolk women's ice hockey team earned a spot on the Conference of New England (CNE) Community Service Team, the league unveiled as a part of its all-conference announcement Wednesday.

The CNE Community Service Team is made up of student-athletes from each squad that demonstrates a commitment to their community, both on and off the playing surface.

Caballero, a senior captain from Middletown, New Jersey, led the Rams to a 6-18-2 overall campaign and the fifth seed in the CNE Tournament behind a 6-10-2 league ledger.

The forward supplied 13 points, good for fourth on the team, to Suffolk's 55-goal offense. She sat second on the squad in handouts with nine assists to her credit to go along with four strikes.

Caballero wrapped up her four-year career in blue-and-gold with 54 points (18 g, 36a) over 105 games, just the fifth player in the Rams' eight-year history to skate in 100-plus games in program history.
