BOSTON – Suffolk women's lacrosse hits the road for the first time in 2026 Wednesday, March 4 as it takes its talents to Mount Holyoke for a 6:00 p.m. first draw.

Suffolk women's lacrosse opened its second ever campaign with a 9-7 setback to Husson Sunday afternoon at Sweeney Field.

RAMS RUNDOWN

• Suffolk is 0-1 on the season after it fell to Mt. Holyoke, 9-7, in game one Sunday. 
• Carley Ehwa led the Rams offensive output in the season opener with a hat trick in her collegiate debut. 
• Julia Dickinson, Bridget O'Leary, Zoe Peckham and Lauren Woods all added one goal apiece. 
• Jessie Le owns the lone assist on the season. 
• Charlotte Guziejka played in net and made six saves. The goaltender tops the team in ground balls with five to her credit. 
• Woods has four ground balls, while Gracelyn Laperle, Penelope Lawlor and O'Leary own three ground balls each. 
• Kate Carlson and O'Leary have three draw controls each. 
• Defensively, Charlotte Goodman caused four turnovers, while Lawlor and O'Leary added three caused turnovers each. 

LYONS LOOK

• Mt. Holyoke is 2-0 on the season with victories over Elms (20-2) and Maine Farmington (19-9). 
• Emi Bisson (10g, 8a) and Juliana Spauding (9g, 1a) anchor the Lyons scoring effort with 18 points and 10 points, respectively. 
• Spaudling's name is scattered throughout the stat sheet with 13 ground balls, 12 draw controls and 10 caused turnovers. 
• Grace Bird has supplied 12 draw controls, six ground balls, four goals, four caused turnovers and one helper. 
• Valeria Bolanos has played both games in net. She holds a 5.50 GAA and 54.2 save percentage with 11 goals allowed.

Suffolk women's lacrosse goalkeeper Charlotte Guziejka was selected as the Conference of New Engand (CNE) Defensive Player of the Week following her performance in the Rams' season opener Sunday afternoon.
