Suffolk women's lacrosse dropped a tightly contested 13-12 decision to Mount Holyoke on the road Wednesday evening, undone by a 4-1 fourth quarter despite a six-goal performance from Carley Ehwa.

• Gracelyn Laperle anchors the defensive unit, sitting at six caused turnovers on the year.
• Charlotte Guziejka has started both games in goal, totaling 15 saves and leads the team with six seven ground balls.

BEACONS BREAKDOWN

• UMass Boston enters the matchup at 0-2 following a tightly contested loss to Emerson, 12-11.
• Ava Duffy leads the Beacons with six goals.
• Teresa Sheedy matches Duffy for the team lead in points with six and paces the Beacons with two assists (4g, 2a). She also leads the Beacons in ground balls (12), caused turnovers (9), and draw controls (5).
