HOW IT HAPPENED
Doubles courts finished in reserve order with the Fighting Scots claiming courts three and one to grab the doubles point. Suffolk's tandem of Rachel Hill and Nia Bebb took down Makayla Otey and Amanda Kim, 6-2, but it wasn't enough to get the Rams off on the right foot.
Gordon rolled through singles courts to quickly lock up the conference victory.
