BELMONT, Mass. – Suffolk women's tennis dropped a 4-1 Conference of New England (CNE) clash to Western New England Saturday afternoon at Belmont Hill.

HOW IT HAPPENED
All three doubles courts were decided via 6-2 margins in the Golden Bears' favor to put Suffolk in a 1-0 hole.  

Julia Lanczycki leveled the playing field as the match transitioned to singles as she defeated Yasmien Giacalone, 6-1, 6-4, in the fourth position. 

WNE went on to secure the contest with singles victories on the top half off the singles ladder in order for the 4-1 final.
