Suffolk indoor track & field splits up its talent this weekend at a pair of events – Boston University’s David Hemery Valentine Invitational and Bowdoin’s Lynn Ruddy Invite. The Rams women will compete across town at BU on Friday, Feb. 9 with the men participating on Saturday, Feb. 10. Action in Maine consumes Saturday’s slate as well.

Suffolk women’s indoor track & field remains in the U. S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association East Regional top 10 in tenth, the national organization unveiled this week. In the first event top-25 list of the season, the Rams pole vault sits 13th with the blue-and-gold 23rd in the 400.

Suffolk women’s indoor track & field got its 2023-24 campaign underway Saturday at the Suffolk Relays at the Track at New Balance. It was the second straight season the Rams put on their hosting hat to lift he lid on its campaign. This year 25 students in blue-and-gold were featured across 13 events in the season-opening event.

Suffolk men’s and women’s indoor track & field is scheduled to get its season underway at the Suffolk Relays Saturday, Dec. 2 at the Track at New Balance. It is the second straight season and second time in the program’s history that the Rams will lift the lid on their indoor campaign as host. Throwing events are scheduled to start at 9 a.m. with track and jumping events set to follow at 10 a.m.
