Suffolk women’s track & field grabbed academic accolades as the Rams earned a spot on the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Association’s All-Academic Team and juniors Emily Manfra and Emma Weisse were tabbed All-Academic Individuals, the national organization announced Monday afternoon.
Suffolk women’s track & field competed against the best-of-the-best in the region this weekend as the Rams traveled to Williams for the NCAA Division III New England Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
In the second-ever GNAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship this weekend, the Suffolk women’s squad took home fifth place at the Regis Stadium, while three standout Rams’ – Emily Manfra, Allison Rodrigues and Emma Weisse– each garnered individual GNAC Champion status.
