Suffolk women’s outdoor track & field team scooped up a pair of weekly awards from the Commonwealth Coast Conference for the second time in as many weeks as Sydney Fogg was named CCC Track Athlete of the Week and the Rams’ 4x100 Relay Team of JJ Conteh, Hilma Ortega, Emily Concepcion and Amanda Walden repeated as CCC Relay Team of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday.
