Suffolk University Volleyball freshman Jacqueline Dugas (Sarasota Springs, N.Y.) was named Rookie of the Week by the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) for the week of October 4th. Dugas earned All-Tournament honors this past weekend as the Rams competed at the Salem State College Invitational. Dugas had nine kills and a team-best 16 digs in Saturday's 3-1 win over Salem State College. Dugas also had team-highs in kills (9) and digs (19) in the Rams' 3-1 win over GNAC foe Simmons College on Thursday. The freshman finished the week with 49 kills and 73 digs in six matches.  She currently leads the Rams with 115 total kills this season, averaging 1.98 per set.
