Suffolk women's volleyball got back in the win column in dramatic fashion as it took down Framingham State in five sets Tuesday night at Richard Logan Gymnasium inside the Athletic & Recreation Center. The Boston Rams won via set scores 25-22, 24-26, 23-25, 25-18 and 16-14.

RAMS RUNDOWN
- Suffolk carries momentum into Thursday with a 3-6 overall record after its five-set road win at Framingham State on Tuesday.
- Grace Cervenka leads the way at 1.78 kps behind a 2.36 clip, while teammates Chloe Clement (1.94 kps) and Jordyn Mik (1.52 kps) provide consistent production on the outside.
- The attack is orchestrated through Aislinn Lanigan, who hands out 5.34 assists per set and has recorded two double-doubles this season.
- Mackenzie Heaney adds 1.04 assists per set and a team-best 0.58 aces per frame.
- In the backcourt, Kathy Mo averages a team-high 4.38 dps and ranks second on the squad with 0.53 service aces per set.
- Vicky Serrano and Heaney have also provided steady support to the defensive with 2.35 dps and 2.46 dps, respectively.
HUSKIES HIGHLIGHTS
- Southern Maine rolls into Boston at 3-6 overall, fresh off consecutive sweeps over Nichols and Mass. Maritime last weekend.
- Ella Koehler paces the offense with 2.65 kps on a .272 hitting percentage. Mariah Eaton trails with an even 2.00 kps at a .213 clip.
- Setter Reese Helisek directs the attack with 4.17 assists per set, complemented by Macie Ahmer, who distributes 3.73 aps.
- Defensively, Amelia Beatty holds down the back row with 2.60 dps, supported by Koehler (2.35 dps) and Helisek (2.07 dps).
INSIDE THE SERIES
- Thursday's contest marks the seventh meeting between Suffolk and Southern Maine.
- The Rams and Huskies are even in the all-time series, 3-3.
- Suffolk has won three straight matchups. In that span the Rams swept USM twice, in 2022 and 2023, and won in four a year ago, Sept. 19, 2024.
