Suffolk men’s and women’s cross country puts on its hosting hat this weekend for the Suffolk Invitational Saturday, Oct. 14 at Franklin Park. The outing will not only serve as the final prep for the upcoming 2023 CCC Championship but will also pit the Rams against their Beantown foes Emerson in the Battle for Boston Commons. Suffolk women’s cross country faced some stiff competition over the weekend and excelled as the Rams wrapped up a fourth-place finish at the Bates Invitational at Roy’s Golf Center.

Two-time defending Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Champion Suffolk women’s cross country added more depth in the offseason with five newcomers in blue-and-gold to help push the Rams to their third straight conference crown in 2023, head coach Will Feldman unveiled. The group, all true freshmen, includes Janelle Bryant, Paige Estaphan, Bailey Ford, Maria Gallant and Malory Taylor.
