Outdoor Track & Field Looks to Claim CNE Crown this Weekend

BOSTON – Suffolk men's and women's outdoor track & field will converge in Wenham, Massachusetts alongside its Conference of New England counterparts for the 2026 CNE Championships this weekend. Action starts Friday, April 24 and will wrap up Saturday, April 25 will all events to take place at Gordon's Brigham Athletic Complex.

HISTORICALLY SPEAKING

  • Suffolk began its CNE (formerly CCC) Championship chase in 2021. 
  • The men's team garnered the inaugural CNE Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championship in 2022, after winning the CNE Invite a year prior in 2021. 
  • The women's squad has never hoisted the CNE trophy. The blue-and-gold has finished as the runner-up twice (2023, 2024) and took home third a year ago, as well as in 2022.
