COLFAX, Wis. – Suffolk men's cross country grabbed 29th at the BluGold Invite Friday at the Whitetail Golf Course.
The Rams secured 29th in the 34-team field that featured eight teams in the U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association Top-30 with an average 8k time of 29:22.
RAMS RUNNERS
- Matthew Ramarge was the top Ram on the course as the Ram came through the finisher's chute in 28:25.7 to finish 198th out of 322 runners.
- Sean Jacobsen clocked a 28:38.2, good for 210th.
- Hayden Green finished 222nd with a time of 28:55.8.
- Sophomores Sebastian Vickers-Richard (29:57.4) and Declan Shannon (30:55.8) claimed 254th and 274th, respectively.
- Michael Najarian rounded out the Rams on the course with a 32:31.0 showing.
NOTEWORTHY
- Suffolk competed at the Whitetail Golf Course at the BluGold Invite for the second time in program history, first since 2023.
WHAT'S NEXT?
Suffolk returns to New England next weekend and will compete at the James Earley Invitational at Stanley Park in Westfield, Massachusetts.
