Anderson Represents Men’s Cross Country at James Earley Invitational

WESTFIELD, Mass. – Eric Anderson donned the blue-and-gold to be the lone member of Suffolk men's cross country to compete at the 29th James Earley Invitational Saturday at Stanley Park.

The Chelsea, Massachusetts product clocked a 34:40.44 8k to claim 161st in the field of 193. The performance was a personal-best for the Rams' rookie, upstaging his previous mark of 34:44.2. set at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational, Sept. 20, 2025.

Anderson was the first Ram to run at the James Earley Invitational since Suffolk's squad raced at the meet in 2017.

The action in Western Mass. was the final prep for the Rams before the 2025 Conference of New England (CNE) Championships, which are on tap for Saturday, Nov. 1 at Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts.
