BOSTON – Riding the best opening stretch in program history, Suffolk women's basketball returns to Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court Tuesday, Nov. 25 for a non-conference matchup with Lasell, who is also unbeaten on the year, with tip-off set for 6:00 p.m.

Suffolk women's basketball's outcome came down to the wire once again, but the story line did not change as the Rams composure down the stretch pushed the Rams to their sixth straight win, a 54-49 decision over Wheaton Saturday at the Emerson Gymnasium. The 6-0 record is a best start to the season in Suffolk's women's basketball history.

- Suffolk's 6-0 start stands as the strongest opening stretch in school history, giving the Rams their longest surge in nearly four years.
- Allison Bono has been the engine on both ends, pacing the group with 14.2 ppg thanks in part to her efficient 55 percent shooting. The junior tops the roster in rebounds (8.2) and assists (3.2)
- Jordan Moreau follows with 13.3 ppg and brings down 4.8 rpg.
- From the perimeter, Olivia Verdile continues to stretch defenses, knocking down 45.5 percent of her threes on the way to 11.2 ppg.

- Lasell enters at 5-0 after grinding out a 64-56 win over Framingham State on Saturday, keeping its perfect record intact.
- Laura Johnson is the Lasers leader, averaging 13.6 ppg and dominates on the boards with an impressive 18.0 rpg, ranking second in NCAA Division III in that category prior to Tuesday's tip-off.
- Abigail Duclos (12.8 ppg) and Shirle Major (12.4 ppg) give Lasell multiple scoring outlets.
- Blaize Mack adds another layer of interior strength, supplying 11.4 ppg and 7.2 rpg.

- Tuesday's matchup is the 13th all-time meeting between the Rams and Lasers, first since Jan. 18, 2020, a 62-59 Suffolk setback.

RAMS RECOGNITION
Suffolk women's basketball freshman Ariana Ingram has been selected as the Conference of New England (CNE) Rookie of the Week after helping lead the Rams to perfect 3-0 week, the league office announced Monday.
In the three-game span, Ingram averaged 6.7 points, 7.6 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game. The everyday starter has played a critical role in the team's best start in program history at 6-0.

SUFFOLK'S SCHEDULE
Suffolk return to action on Tuesday, Dec. 2 when it opens Conference of New England (CNE) play on the road against cross-town rival Wentworth at 5:00 p.m.
