Suffolk women’s hockey’s Madison Duff wrapped up her collegiate career with the highest athletic honor as the senior captain was named an East Second-Team CCM Hockey/AHCA All-American, the American Hockey Coaches association (AHCA) announced Thursday night at the Frozen Four Banquet in Amherst, Massachusetts. Duff is the first Rams defender in program history and first skater from the blue line the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) to be tabbed an All-American.

After a week off, Suffolk women’s hockey returns to action with a full weekend slate as the Rams are set to take on Curry in a Commonwealth Coast Conference home-and-home series. First, the blue-and-gold welcome the Colonels to Louis E. Porrazzo Memorial Skating Rink Friday, Jan. 20 for a 6 p.m. puck drop, with the rematch set for Saturday, Jan. 21 at 3:00 p.m. at the Canton Ice House.

Suffolk women’s hockey swept the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) weekly awards for the first time in program history, the league office announced Monday. Madison Duff was recognized as Player of the Week, Lily O’Neil was tabbed Goaltender of the Week and Livia Brehm earned Rookie of the Week following the Rams final weekend of action in 2022, in which the blue-and-gold went 2-0-0.
