Suffolk women's volleyball suffered its first Conference of New England (CNE) setback of the season as Roger Williams swept the Rams, 3-0, Tuesday night at Larry E. and Michael S. Smith Court. The defeat came by set scores 25-19, 25-19 and 25-23.

RAMS RUNDOWN

• Suffolk is 6-11 on the season and 1-1 in conference following a straight set loss to Roger Williams on Tuesday evening.

• Hartford enters the weekend with a 3-9 ledger and a 0-2 mark in CNE play after falling to Johnson & Wales on Tuesday.
• Jordan Murphy contributes 3.47 kills per set followed by 2.14 kps from Lauren Johnson. The former adds a team-best 0.45 blocks per frame.
• Kylee Connally orchestrates the offense by dishing out 4.80 assists per set.
• The backline is anchored by Juliana Robinshaw, who leads the team with 1.94 dps.

INSIDE THE SERIES 

• Suffolk and Hartford have met twice since the 2023 season.
• Suffolk is looking for its first win against Hartford in the series' history, 0-2.
