Student-Athlete Bio

Former Ram Hannah Fabiano joined Scott Blanchard's staff as an assistant coach prior to the 2022 campaign. The role is Fabiano's first collegiate coaching gig. 

Fabiano's first season on Blanchard's staff saw the Rams play their way to the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Semifinals for the first time in program history headlined by CCC Libero of the Year Kenzley Bell. Bell, an All-CCC First-Team honoree,  was one of Suffolk's four All-CCC performers alongside Harmony Johnson (second-team), McKenna Keowen (second-team) and Alina Nowakowski (third-team). That foursome led the blue-and-gold to a 20-10 overall record and a 6-3 league ledger. 

In 2022, Suffolk played its way to the CCC Semifinals for the first time in program history after assembling a 19-9 regular-season record and a 6-3 league ledger, good for the fourth seed in the conference tournament. The Rams were anchored by CCC Libero of the Year, Kenzley Bell, and her co-captain Harmony Johnson, who became the first Ram in the record books to dish out over 2,000 assists in her collegiate career. Bell, a first-team all-conference honoree, was one of four blue-and-gold players to pick up all-league distinction alongside second-team selections Johnson and McKenna Keowen and third-teamer Alina Nowakowski

Suffolk reached the CCC Semifinals for the second straight season in 2023. The Rams were topped by Wentworth to wrap up the campaign 16-14 overall. The all-conference foursome of McKenna Keowen (first team), Grace Cervenka(second-team), Sami Shore (third-team) and Jessica Weber (third-team) led the blue-and-gold to a 4-4 league ledger, good for the fifth seed in the conference standings. The season featured record-setting performance by a trio of Rams as Keowen became the program's all-time leader in kills, Morgan Kelsey served her 200th career ace and Jayla Martinez dished out her 1,000th career assist. 

The 2024 squad is the winningest in Suffolk's history with a 23-7 overall record. On the conference level, the Rams assembled a 5-4 league ledger to secure the fourth seed and hosting rights in the CNE playoffs. Along the way individuals etched their name in the program's record books as McKenna Keowen and Morgan Kelsey found their way atop the all-time kills and aces list, respectively. That twosome garnered all-conference honors with spots on the first and second teams, respectively, along with Sami Shore, who was selected to the league's first-team as well. Chloe Clement was recognized by the conference as well as she claimed CNE Elite 20 Award, which is handed out to the student-athlete with the highest GPA competing in the CNE Tournament. 

The two-time captain for Suffolk, Fabiano pieced together a standout career while wearing the blue-and-gold from 2017-2020. Over three years of true competition, the Litchfield, New Hampshire native, accumulative 726 kills, averaging 2.58 kps, 82 aces, 533 digs and 70 blocks. These numbers would have blossomed even further if her senior campaign in 2020 was not cancelled due to the global COVID-19 pandemic.

The outside hitter's award shelf includes An All-GNAC Third-Team recognition as a freshman in 2017. Additionally, that same year, she picked up GNAC All-Sportsmanship team recognition, which awards student-athletes for outstanding dedication to sportsmanship and for their portrayal of of fair play and a positive attitude. 

Fabiano is a 2021 graduate of Suffolk with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology.
