BOSTON – After having its midweek plans postponed due to weather, Suffolk baseball three games over the next two days with a stop at Wheaton Friday, April 3 at 3:30 p.m. preceding a Conference of New England (CNE) doubleheader against Curry in Eastie Saturday, April 4 at 12:00 p.m.

A five-run seventh inning paid off for Wentworth as it took down Suffolk baseball, 9-5, Tuesday night in Conference of New England (CNE) action at Libbey Field.

RAMS RUNDOWN
- Suffolk fell to Wentworth Tuesday, 12-5, to head into the weekend 2-15 on the year and 1-3 in CNE play.
- Luke Thornton has been the most consistent bat this season with 15 hits, including five extra-base knocks, with a team-best 10 runs scored and six RBI to go along with one swiped base.
- Sam Armbruster has contributed 16 hits for a team-high nine RBI, seven runs scored and three stolen bases.
- Jack Mihalchik (16 hits, 4 RBI, 6 runs) and Cole Hilliard (14 hits, 4 RBI, 6 runs) are in the offensive conversation as well.
- The Rams rotation for the weekend should be Ian Maude (10.2 IP, 5 K), Anthony Frreira (21.0 IP, 13 K) and Nick Arnett (14.1 IP, 9 K).
LYONS LOOK
- Wheaton fell at Babson, 7-3, Tuesday to dip to 11-5 on the year.
- The Lyons have four bats with 20-plus hits in Marcus Rodrigues (24 hits, 10 RBI, 12 runs), Collin Reilly (21 hits, 16 RBI, 19 runs), Robbie Lamond (21 hits, 9 RBI, 17 runs) and Brayden Lewis (20 hits, 19 RBI, 14 runs).
- Jack Ritchie (5.54 ERA, 13.0 IP, 14 K) is the next usual starter for the Lyons' order, however, this could change with conference contest on tap over the weekend for Wheaton.

- Blake Fuller (13 hits, 7 RBI, 6 runs), Brandon Mantilla-Mercado (13 hits, 2 RBI, 7 runs), Anthony Figueroa (11 hits, 6 RBI, 9 runs) and Danny Levya (14 hits, 3 RBI, 6 runs) also add to the offensive attack.
