BOSTON – Suffolk women's soccer returns home on Saturday, Oct. 4, for a Conference of New England (CNE) clash against crosstown rival Wentworth. Kickoff at James A. Sartori Stadium at East Boston Memorial Park is slated for 12:00 p.m.

A pair of second-half strikes lifted Suffolk women's soccer to a 2-0 victory at crosstown rival UMass Boston Wednesday night. The Beantown bragging rights triumph, that closed the blue-and-gold's 2025 non-conference calendar, extended the Rams' win streak to three.

RAMS RUNDOWN

  • Suffolk rides a three-game win streak into the with a 7-1-2 overall record and 2-1-0 CNE mark.
  • Daniela Petronio (4g, 2a) directs the attack with 10 points, producing four goals and two assists.
  • Lily Goldmann has netted goals in back-to-back contests to bring her season total to four to go along with one helper.
  • Avery Porter has chipped in three goals and one assist from the backline, while Tatum Flynn (1g, 3a) and Isa Peraza (2g, 1a) continue to produce offensively.
  • The Rams feature a tandem in net. Arden Rose has posted four shutouts and a 0.32 goals-against average, while Jaiden Wilds is unbeaten at 3-0-1 with a 0.26 goals-against average.

LEOPARDS LENS

  • Wenworth enters the weekend at 5-1-5 and 0-1-1 in CNE play, most recently playing Anna Maria to a scoreless draw.
  • Lily Carlson has been the go-to finisher in front of net with seven goals on the campaign.
  • Brooke Finlay (3g, 2a) and Lina Arlander (2g, 3a) provide balance in the attack behind Carlson.
  • The Leopards midfield has been active in the distribution game, with Brianna Reid and Rachel Hagerty tallying five assists and four assists, respectively.
  • The Leopards have been tough to break down as Shyla Kulesza has allowed just one goal in five starts for a 0.20 goals-against average, while Emily Gamboa Ordini owns a 0.75 GAA through four appearances.
