BOSTON – Suffolk women's cross country will take part in the James Earley Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 11, at Stanley Park in Westfield, Massachusetts. The Rams will compete in the 5k championship race at 11:30 a.m.

Suffolk women's cross country shined at the Blugold Invite with a 10th-place performance Friday afternoon at the Whitetail Golf Course.
The Rams combined for 325 points to finish in the top-10 of the 36-team pack at that featured four programs in the United States Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Top-30. Suffolk's average 6k time of 23:51 put the blue-and-gold as the eighth-best NCAA Division III team in the Badger State.

THE HEATS
Suffolk will be represented by Janelle Bryant, Maria Gallant, Kaitlyn Cullen, and Katarina Ferreira in the women's 5k championship race.
THE COURSE
Stanley Park features rolling terrain that challenges both endurance and strategy.
THE COMPEITION
The Rams will run against a 23-team field that includes Conference of New England (CNE) foes Curry, Roger Williams, and Western New England, along with nationally ranked programs No.2 Williams and No.18 Tufts.

Suffolk women's cross country moved to seventh in the East in Week 4 of the U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) regional rankings, the national organization announced Tuesday afternoon.
