A handful of personal records fell as Suffolk men's outdoor track & field competed at Fitchburg State's Jim Sheehan Invite Saturday afternoon.

Two Rams rewrote their personal-best as Suffolk women's indoor track & field participated at the Jim Sheehan Invite at Fitchburg State Friday.

SILFEN INVITE SCOUT
- There are close to 20 programs set to compete at Conn. College this weekend.
- Action opens Friday, April 11 with Hannah Laderoute and Divinety Johnson in the hammer throw
- Laderoute (javelin) will continue in the competition Saturday in the javelin along with George Mirogiannis (javelin), Abby MacMillan (javelin) and Connor Brown (shot put).
- Rams' jumpers will be Averie Denelle (high jump), Bailey Stoddard-Baughman (long jump, triple jump), Kelsie Dessaps (long jump), Evelyn Lansing (long jump).
- Hilma Ortega (100 hurdles), Stoddard (100 hurdles), Denelle (hurdles) and Tighe Hosman (110) will be featured in their respective hurdle heats.
- Suffolk's sprinters are Michael Nossek (100, 200), Brendan Eddy (100, 200), Eddie Hindle (100, 200), Cormac O'Brien (100, 200), Marco Gomez (100, 200, 400), JJ Conteh (100, 200), Ortega (100), Rhoni Johnson (100, 200), Aida Bellal (100), Olivia Coyne (100, 200), Will Manix (200, 400), Emmett St. Pierre (200, 400), Nico Carrillo (200), Kaylie Groom (200, 400), Stoddard (200), Tighe Hosman (400) and Connor Johnson (400.
- Long distance wise, the blue-and-gold will be represented by Declan Shannon (1500, 5000), Michael Najarian (1500), Chloe Koo (1500), Bailey Ford (1500), Megan Dunn (1500), Gina Cappello (1500), Ava Buckley (1500) and Leah Buckley (1500).
- Najarian, Cassandra Silkoff, Allison Martin, and Maria Gallant are set to make two laps around the track in the 800.
- Both Rams relays men's and women's 4x100 squads are primed to race as well.
SUFFOLK'S SCHEUDLE
Suffolk takes its talents across the bridge April 17-18 for the Sean Collier Invitational at MIT's Henry G. Stein Brenner Track.
